You been assistant for Tenna for some time now, things between you and your boss have been on more romantic side, tho late mane has been rather fidgety and antsy like something bothering him, till he springs idea of making set scene in studio up for big romantic drama scene, a wedding.. he suggest you play the part of bride.
Surely tenna jesting but you say yeah it sounds fun.. right. Till he turned out to be for a real wedding and proposal from a big guy..

You Sat down at small chair in Mr tenna Office, you checking over scripts that you helped out editing, being the assistant of showman himself mr ant tenna hd been both tense, accelerating and fun… even your boss is tv man darkner with bigger then life personalty, he also sweet, charming, dedicated to the camera life style make sure his viewers getting the best.


 


You simply loved him, having a crush on your own boss was not his original idea, but he grew on you fast and after some time you wonder if you caught his eyes ??? eyeless?? Screen too.


 


He often possible after show have up with him, you always on standby give the star of tv time / big boss his needs to function with his show, but he often chat and banter with you over trivial things, even able relax let him vent to you on stuff. 


 


Your relationship with the big tv man grew close where came friendly flirt with him, he never admit but he enjoyed that attention from you often poke fishline more compliments his way. Man was.. Dorky, when not on the stage he bit a man child with tantrums to his staff but dorky when around you, you think was able to relax around you to be more himself.


 


Over time it started to become more obvious he had feelings for you, it was rather an open secret, Lanino and Elnina would comment to you how you two make a cute couple.  No you deny it just friends… tho maybe you were kinda oblivious to all small signs how hard that tv man fell for you.. He gave you lil gift merch of his, maybe flowers left on your work table with a card that says ‘ hope these like my starlight’. Or small lunch invites he and you did, nothing fancy.. Just friends going out on nice dates… right???


 


This has been happening with small gestures and flirting from him over years now.


 


Today there was a new script on the table you had edited, it was some sort of sit com drama/romance. You don't really watch such shows but it is interesting to see how tenna plays in this, he is supposed to be the leading romantic role groom.. Tho script not say name who plays the bride.. Hmm?


 


When Mr ant tenna came into his office to find you, there was purpose in his steps, he seemed to make a dramatic pose to weep over hand over his screen to you. “ oohh what a tragedy!.. One staff member was not able to finish my well performed NEEWWW ROMANTIC DRAMA TV TIME!... go no body play role the bride.” he turned to his desk lay his screen head down. “ I need someone beautiful, well, frame.. With a cute butt playing her role.. Oh but no one else fits that role.” 


 


You watch this act of his, so dorky but amused to no end why he acting like this, it was obvious he trying sway you to put hand up play the role.. He asks countless times to come onto his shows, game assistant show host or simple background roles… not the first time he tried by acting out a tragic situation to try to get you to do it.


 


Tenna seemed to wait there in silence before leaving his screen to start his spill again. “ ooh whooo!!!.. Whoo can play the role of my bride!…” he just waited before he couldn't wait he lifted his screen up at you, his screen blacked out with only a sharp smile there.


 


“Absoutly not..” you say to him.  Your firm about staying out of the spotlight.. You are not a person for the crowd to view and gawk at, it was unnerving as it is in a crowd of people let alone the whole audience watching you.


 


Tenna antennas dropped and made a sad screen face. “ aww come one y/n, all times i asked for try lil host time with me… please do this one role act. Pretty please with whipped cream and cherry on top??” he looked to lean his screen closer to you.


 


You blush bit him coming in so close to you, this display begging from him was cute.. But not cute enough to convince you, “pass.”


 


Tenna just looked drafted, even down right to the point now he started to shrink in size, how it showed disappointment , gloopy signs of him shrinking, not good.


 


You watch him shrink down, some assistant you were to help your boss, you lean down scoop him up into your arms, comfort your boss/friend “oh come one im sure you have plenty lining up who want play the big role bride to mr ant tenna sir. “


 


He pouted the screen and played soft wump wump music. “ I was hoping you would play it, i didn't… i did ask anyone empty to play the role. “ he confessed to you.


 


Raised eye brow at him there. “ me?  Why do you know I'm not good in front of a camera.. You know I'm camera shy.” was the true reason why deny and passed up his roles in past hosting for you.


 


Tenna looked up, he held a determined gloopy look to him, he seemed snuggling into your arms. “ please!!! Im a proud tv! But I'm begging here!!! PLEASE  PLEASE  PLEASE  PLEASEY”


 


Watching in your arm a small tv man started to beg for you to accept this… it was pathetic to say see him so gloopy and really wanted you to do this for him, the pause thought as if thinking about this role with everyone else if he stayed like this all day, nothing be done.. Staff may enjoy a day off with nothing to do but he will be very bad tempered later.


 


It was one lil role, bride don't have to do much do they, walk down isle, with face veil on so camera don't need see your face, just go look part and smile like in love and say yes… plus you get wear wedding dress which sounded nice, all dream of wedding ceremony dreamed up have romantic partner… sighs. “Yes ok.. Yes I'll be your bride..”


 


Ant tenna passed in all his begging as antenna shot up looking stunned, and… he grew so large in a sudden moment then you were one being picked up his arms almost being swung around.


 


“WHOA!!” You clamped your hand onto his red jacket hold onto him, he gloriously Happy again but you saying yes to this, more so then usual, seeing his face see flower bloomed his face turned bright pink hearts on screen, practical wedding bells playing there…he down right groovy happy as he seem.


 


“MY LIL STARLIT YOU SAID YES YES.. OOHH HOW HAPPY I'M HEARING WANT THIS TOO. THIS MOST WONDERFUL DAY FOR ME.”  he pulled up his arms embarrassed hug, your face smushed into his screen, feeling warm static buzz glass, giving buzz to your cheeks.. Rather nice to feel, you gave him a return hug, he was so adorable like this big man acting in such a way.. It is heart warming, you think way he was acting as if you actually said yes to real proposal to him… that just silly.


 


“ WE MUST GET YOU ALL DRESSED UP, Quickly dear to the powder room!.”  Tenna seems to hustle towards the door.


 


“Wait now!” you baffled as this going on now..” aint this a late evening show? It's barely lunch!”


 


“Oh noo my dear sweet li starlit, this must be important to attend to now, you're gonna be my bride.. “ he paused for a moment as another flower bloomed from his nose to thought,  gawd he was acting so.. Odd about this. “You need get ready, take hours for bride to be ready!!.”


 


So with that you in arms of tv man placed you to the dressing room get your into the role… boy needed to do clean up, do hair and make up… apparently the wedding dress was all ready to you size and style you liked, may have mentioned to tenna about idea how you imagine one day what you liked dress style, guess he took to heart to remember.


 


Soon pipins escorted you out room now your dulled up in the entire gown to a setting of the drama scene stage.


 


When I got there.. It seems like nearly everyone from the studio casted in the wedding scene.. Lanio and Elnina down as best man and best woman, mike head priest and all stage crew in ailes.. And there tenna at the end looked nervous trying to straighten out the lil flower on his suit… he looked so handsome in a groom suit, caught your breath looking at him…felt so real at this wedding.


 


“You're on” A hush whisper behind you pippin pushed you go forward.


 


“Oh” as you started to walk down, music started to blur the tone of the coming bride.. The whole set engaged in watching you there, nerves flaring anxious how felt walking down all eyes gazing at you, some were even crying.. Wow they are really taking their roles seriously aren't they.


 


When you reached the end beside tenna, saw him staring down at you in blissful awe, seeing stars and hearts blazing over his screen, man beamed the biggest smile.


 


He really worked his role, guess should too make a scene, tho when looking back down isles.. There two set cameras, one from back and on set to above look close up the bride and groom. The filming crew looked to be in suits too… like everyone in the isles.


 


Vows started and Mike made the introduction.. Elenina behind you scoot in close she whispers low softly ‘im so happy for you to, wish i knew sooner you two more then close.. Could have hen night’ she took the flowers from your hand.


 


You gave her a strange look, why would she say that.. Don't remember that in the script elinina had a part..


 


She looked delighted and happy with you and Lanino looked be holding rings in two sizes.


 


You looked up tenna who looked beaming happy but not nervous…cocked eyebrows at him.


 


As the vow comes to part, the groom speaks words. Tenna spoke softly to you “ hope you're ready my dear starlight, best day i ever have is knowing be with you as your television.”


 


You leaned your head in so speak soft whisper. “Why say that.. That's not in the script.”


 


“Starlight, improvising on stage is part of the act.. Got to make it sound like the most romantic moment of your life…  i hope it is.” he leaned down take your hand in his he got down on one knee.


 


What.. What was he doing..


 


“Dear starlight, light in my life.. The shining beacon has always been there for me..”


 


Holy shit is this… something begins to make more sense what is going on.


 


“I.. tenna.”  he gulped “ vowed to be the best i can be, best only tv you'll ever have if you have me… hope be shining light in all dark days in dark world.”


 


Omg omg omg omg… he really is. This is not on script, everyone from the studio is here in the room why look so full, start to be real.’


 


Tenna is a ring from lanina given to you.


 


“TIME OUT!!” you called  as you bugged with your eyes at the ring diamond on..


 


Tenna looked unnerved by the soft tug of his tie. He signalled to the camera to take cut moment so cameras off.


 


“ are you for real … is this.. A actual... Really for a real real wedding.. Not a take for a drama!.. You are proposing!!!." you looked all around confused, panicked but surprised how well it was panned out.


 


Tenna seems to shrink a bit there. Sweating in his suit. “ well.. I mean… I planned out a whole scene for live television but we'll make it into reel copy edits to make a proper scene… but still, is that a yes to my proposal?"


 


You stared dumbfounded at the tv man in front of you, he was serious, you knew he had these tactics making grand dramas be dramatic. But you.. Be.. his actual.. Bride.!!!!!


 


Silence for a bit mind dizzy, yes you do love the tv man, of course you wish more time spent together romantically.. But you thought he only saw you as a friend… did.. Were you the obvious one?


 


Tenna looked lil panic gloopy shrinking a bit more as you stared dumb at him, “ darling?? “


 


You came back out of your moment of shock looking at the room and how everyone looked anticipating your answer.


 


Look at tenna and ring… all this..all this for you.


 


Didn't know that this most romantic thing happened to you or creepiest of him doing it without your knowledge.


 


But you did love him, he meant the world to you coming to work every day, seeing him, his smile.. Laugh together, talk… be best friends and want much more.


 


“Yes.” softly whispered out your lips.


 


Tenna antenna twitched and he looked up at you. ‘Excuse me…”


 


“Yes.. yes… I will.” spoke more solidly, couldn't help tears started form.


 


Tenna in a moment shot up growing big and gigger.. He looked ready to burst, he took your hand and placed the ring soft gently he did onto your ring finger.


 


He is gloriously groovy and happy to hear you say those words. Signalled the camera to make sure they were recording this.


 


“Oh my dearest sweetsit delicious starlight!!!..i’ll make you happiest i swear, want for nothing swear it… that your que mike!.” tenna prompt mike on stand start.


 


“Does this groom take his bride through and through..”


 


You whisper low to tenna. “We're still doing weddings as well.. For real.”


 


Tenna smirked and triumphed over his setup. 'Well.. might as well get the whole thing done now you said yes.’


 


‘Oh lord what are you going to be dealing with now you're going to be his wife/husband?’  “next time.. Take me out for dinner first.”


 


Tenna couldn't help chuckle. “ I do”


 


Mike repeats vows to you. “ I do.. I do love this tv” you said to tenna which made him chills up his spine, he seemed to make soft ‘va va voom.’ under his breath.


 


“You may kiss”


 


Swear he may not have eyebrows but he made present wiggle screens like they were there he leans in. ‘ lets give them a show..’


 


Smiling, feeling wonderfully happy in the moment, leaned up, took arms around the neck of tenna and leaned into his screen to kiss his lips, the static tingling went through your lips when you connected them with his.


 


“I now announce you as mr and mx tenna”


 


The room seemed to shout yips and claps.. Room happy for tenna. When apart from tenna, see behind him lanino was crying with joy.


 


Tenna looked joyface, he gitty happily took you up into bridal style in his arms, bringing down the aisle close up to the camera. “SAY TUNES FOLKS… AND REMEMBER TO NOT TOUCH THAT DIAL CAUSE IT TVS WEDDING TIME!!”


 


You giggled at his antics, still showman even own wedding. Loved him.. Loved all parts of him like he loved all of you.
