I made this tonight for dinner. So there was supposed to be lots of bread crumbs in there, but the unwanted help made me put way less than that on it. She also had the temperature less than what the book called for, so as a result, only bits of the rice & beef browned, but the bread crumbs never did. The taste was alright. The squash I used was butternut.
