Because I don't know why SFM would give error about this, when it is just rendering like it should and the error comes from editing stage, also why the editing software would give any errors if you are specifying the framerate and it gives you the framerate? You yourself need to be aware of what you are doing and fix it accordingly. Usually you are rendering to PNG image sequence from SFM and Blender, so with editing software you have to specify framerate when importing and editing and ensure it's still the same when exporting.

btw, there's encoding error, every 5th frame there's huge jump in movement causing judder especially in pannin camera motions. I'm assuming you made and rendered the animation out at 30 FPS, but for some reason the final video is 25 FPS. Same problem in here, MEGA and π.
