Freggie has got something new for the audience of her omorashi livestreams: An endoscope!
Finally she can satisfy not only their but also her own curiosity of what it looks like when she pushes her bladders limits.
If she is careful, she can even show how that golden liquid seeps into her bladder through the ureters. Quite interestingly, those are not just tubes but essentially work like your esophagus, they actively push the liquid through. Astronauts are probably glad that's the case...
Possibly it's why the feeling of pressure of a really really full bladder comes in waves.

Sometimes even Freggie's bladder is just not enough to hold all the liquid. However the passionate frog girl and omorashi streamer has an idea for how to claim that she "held" the liquid in her body even longer. And this time that doesn't even involve her cheeks or drinking it!
Everything she needs is a short but thick and flexible piece of tube to act as a catheter. One end against her well trained, string bladder sphincter and the other down her love-tunnel.
She has chosen a transparent one so she can show her viewers well how the warm, pent up liquid is transferred. This will let her last at least several hours and another full bottle of water longer!

Freggie's audience always was curious for what her bladders sphincter looks like - the part of her body she praises so much yet tortures a lot on her regular omorashi livestreams.
Today she decided to show them just that. Not an easy feat to stay stretched like that without it all flowing, but it is also a fun exercise~
