So how do i put it lightly. Many seen my sudden appearance when i entered the new world that i thought was same as i used to live. But turned out i was wrong. After i came to this strange world of similar looks. I was told after long long time of looking around for answers, That the world i came to wasn't same as what i used to live. But yet it was in a sense, Almost like it had identical appearances but differences. Everything looked similar, Everything acted same, but there was a large difference to it that made it more weird then what i thought. The wild-life i used to know atleast in my world. Weren't exactly human smart and lived under humanity like the one i joined now. Almost every feral creature i seen acted far smarter then any creature i seen before. They could talk in handsigns, writing, or even using specialized modernized micphone/speaker systems to translate animal chatter to another's with ease. Making for every animal known on earth to speak in a universal language way. They even had similar traits to humanity in living. Governments, paying, respect, conflicts, computers, personal items, you could name it and it'd likely be in this animal-smart ruled world. But one of the biggest things was animals were govern a massive rule to stay secret. There were even murk missions to kill rogue speakers or capture them to bring and jail. There were so many things that made it insane to think about how a world of animal filled people lived under humanity as probably the biggest largest kept secret in life ever. Police, Army, Marines, Airforce, Navy, Name it and it's here also. Cop animals hiding themselves among humans to also watch out for rogue animals, Other creatures that pretend among the human world as they secretly do missions for intel. Some wild life even sent on spy missions.

 

When i first came to the new animal city in a large woods area. I found myself almost loosing my jaw at the site of a almost modernized animal-human city. There was cloaking tech to hide outside viewing of the place that was a large landscape cut out in the forest, yet some places were kept for towers of buildings to lean on or be made for. To the clothes on many of creatures. Most kept in a light form, likely due to heat problems. But many had quite amount of clothing to design harness-backpacks on for storage as they crowded the 'streets' i would say or more to put it as a mains walkway. Amusing enough to there were also some larger creatures playing the role as 'cars' or 'taxi' drivers for some smaller critters like mice, chipmunks, and so that wanted a larger travel footstep in less time with not as much effort. While others would still roam and i had to keep my eyes somewhat to the ground as i kept finding some stoats and so slinking through my feet at random times giving random chitters as they past me and my leader who lead me from the forest into the big city. Another interesting thing is they even had fast food joints like Tacobell, MacDonalds, and so. To market shops with food and tech displays. Honestly if i'd have to say this was humanity in the form of animals. I'd say that would be the most specific word i'd use. Everything about the way all the creatures actions and living style was almost to the tooth. Expect for the adaptiveness to being in a animal form and some minor shifts in sizes to things due to many creatures different characteristics and size differences.

 

My first thought if everyone was so smart and what not. Why i only got to hear few speaking English to me. Well after i was lead to a 'new' ability home relocationer place. They fit me with another raccoon person who told me why i could only understand animals of my species. And what i 'thought' was English. Was really my own animal species chirrs that i could understand as if i was speaking English. While other animals would more sound like animal noises, They mention it was like listening to someone speak Spanish or French. So the language barrier was 'split' due to the unique animal chatter of specific species and how unique each animal noises are made from such animal to animal. So first thing i was given was a universal animal translator micphone-speaker system that they put on my left ear that sat firmly in place but allowed me to still move it without any confliction or the device falling off. Once i had that on another creature of random staff tried talking to me. It soon translated the chitters from the opossum's sounds to my raccoon chitters and i could hear them as if they spoke my language. The tech was amazing. And it had no delay. Once they started cackling hissing, it noise muted it out to instantly translate it in real time to normal speech.

 

This is when i was told about the world after they asked where i came from. I told them i was out on a normal exploring day just enjoying a peaceful walk around the woods. Till randomly i woke up in the middle of a glowing puddle pond of sorts wet and now changed as a raccoon. They told me i likely got randomly hit with a rift rip event as they call it that split me from my reality to their world. A world similar to my past, but in a new event world living in a split reality of two different human kinds. One of our own we know, and another as what i am now. I was ran through the basics jist of everything of how everything was on a similar level to normal, But just as more suited for our newer animalistic living. So we had all similar ways of normal humanity living, just with a twist of animal-tint to it. With bit of a main role of confining our known intelligence from the other race known as humans. A kept secret held up for long time it seemed. Which started to make me think of Cats and Dogs kinda movie, Secret Life of Pets, Or post apocalyptic stories, comics, and stuff of animals becoming 'human smart' after humanity died. Yet here humanity still lives on with their own conflicts as normal. But now with another humanity race having similar right under their noses. I tried asking how this was kept a secret for so long. They couldn't tell me, But they mentioned it just kept on. Either by respect from everyone or some hard governing force of the world's animalic military work. Some kind of cover up story or what. I couldn't even brain over how complex something would be to do so. But by how normal humans would do to cover something up, i wouldn't think this would be to far fetch for something like this to be hidden if put down. Either way i guess deep down many animal people respected the unique life they had and trusted to keep it hidden.

But you'll be required to atleast get a job to work at after a period to keep the stability active. If not you'll need to leave and find another place to anchor with. There will be many jobs and we'll have someone escort you to such for overlooking your specific species listing. Some are fairly easy. Others are more harder and outside that require cloaking. So do listen and keep those ears perked up when they speak. Not first time i seen one daydream off at the wowness of the world around us. So keep focus." I listened to the helper raccoon who was helping me understand everything. It was amazing such a place like this had so many traits to normal life. I felt like a complete outsider at first, but now i felt bit more at home oddly. I just needed to remember that it wasn't the same and i had many other things around skitter about then just my size. I was classed as a Medium creature. The sizing identifying system used in this world of animal people to ID the size of a creature based on it's form. Large would be up to a cheeta, lion, tiger, wolf, etc. Medium would be my size of creatures, raccoons, skunks, opossums, and so. Small would be mice, rats, chipmunks, squirrels, and so forth. They even had Extra large creatures. But those were in a far off city for larger creatures specific to size like rhinos, giraffe, and so. Some larger creatures though like Lions might've been classed differently depending on size difference. So big ones would go in Xlarge, Similar with small foxes like fennce or greyfox compared to a red fox. They sometimes would be classed as medium species vs large. So there was some trait animals of similar animal species that were sized to such reasonable places. Mine being Medium due to raccoons being semi-large then some mediums from how we stood. But after leaving the helper shelter place. I noticed i was maybe a bit smaller then most and from most city raccoons like the one i got lead to the place. Were not only big in size from having a rather healthy eating style. But were also bit taller when standing on fours. So i felt from my size being like i was just picked up from my last 3day foraging adventure that i was semi-thin and looked like someone could kick me like a soccer ball. But oddly i didn't feel like i was dieing of hunger or thirst. I felt fine even if i looked somewhat thin. But boy the food smell the places around had made me wanna crash the party of a place at times. But i ignored it after i left the place to follow my new leader to the work job site offerings.

 

Though first thing they led me to was to get my new gear and a small holster bag to carry with my items. My new resistant touch phone pre-setup, my new digital card pay system that was in the form of a wrist or leglet bracelet that a rat attached to my rear left ankle, and a map of the city to my new place with full direction arrow crossed for it to lead me to the place on my own after being led to the workers comp location.

 

Which after getting to the workers comp location. They gave me quite a few interesting jobs in city work or local help work. While also mentioning i could do some off-site locations for larger price income of 'fairly extra' funds of massive amount, due to the far more 'cloak' job it required of involving the human sight realms. But my lead advice me to not take to such for now since i'm fairly new to the world and to ween into the feel of it all first before i feel more 'intouch' with myself. They mentioned i could use my phone and the inhome computer system to browse the two world's internet systems to look up more details. But as for the most jobs. I was given either taxi, job work helper, commutations talker IE someone to help calm people down, other local jazz stuff. Or stuff like farm work by a local farming company not to far ran by animal-ferals helping them with tasks and what not which would pay bit extra due to the farther outreach of the city it was and it's bit more complexity to run and lot of more tasks it could involve. But they mentioned i wouldn't need to find a job just 'yet' for a while. These were just some stuff i could do to keep my active passive pay income after my trial period would end in few months of getting myself 'used' to the new living requires i needed to undergo. But i did ask if i could visit such place and get the feel for how things are. They told me yes. Even could get a guide help to the local farm location with a full guided tour around the place to know the ins and out. My mind kinda went for a moment in thought as i tried to think of how a FARM with animal smart people running it. Do they kill Cows? Chickens? and stuff like normal? Do chickens run their own egg production system, Do cows do more then just enjoy a fields day of lawn mowing? How accepting were they all to any of it. Would they give the stick of 'Welp it's just our nature to produce eggs and be slaughtered in later life age for others. Just how it is. Life for us works for few years, then we give it for you.' or something. Idea of being born as a chicken, cow, or other mass donated creature to be used as feed for others kinda seemed suckish. But who knows maybe they have a far better understanding of it then i have from my world that everyone commonly knows as these kind of topics being super harsh for mass production to just feed humanity.

 

After all that i was helped led to my new shelter place a bit away from the city edge into a more quieter part of the city where most animals would enjoy a less racket noise place. They lead me to a fairly new building-like tree roost. Since my led wasn't a climber. They told me i'd have to go myself and it was the 3rd hole up the tree. The tree was massive but also built modern-like that expanded outwards into more box-like buildings hanging off the edges of it like they expanded the inner dug tree holes for more space and extra rooms. After a nod and goodbye thanks. I crawled up to my spot and undid the locking system to my new tree hole door. Once i got in and shut the door to lock the 3 lock system. I slugged off my bag and took off my anklelet bracelet card to put in the bag and lay it nearby a dresser. The inner hole was large enough for me to stand on my toes and still have more then past arm reach to the ceiling, along with large space. It looked like a modernday house with kitchen, living room dinning room, a bedroom, a bathroom with a large tub to soak in or shower system, even a ground floor toilet system and sink to wash off. Place basically had everything a human would need as a animal with it's specialized animal trait characteristics to the person. Even some nicnacs around the house in raccoon designs like small figure statues and so or pictures of random 'stock photos' around. I could only sit down on my butt for the time and just be wowed at the place.

 

though that WOW changed even bigger after awhile of exploring and soon looking in the bedroom at the side of the room from a sealed bed-sleeping corner area. There laid a huge desktop rig computer system with a sit-lay style chair and a full blown keyboard-mouse setup desk and huge 30inch dual display system. Like the computer wasn't cheap looking either it looked like a top-end gaming setup. Maybe even better then normal humans? I didn't know yet. But i got interested at the crawl hole door from the other side of the room. Which after looking in i found it led just bit in to a small size room just about 3times bigger then me to be in and had a large dog-like bed in the middle with set of different blankets sitting beside it all that were super soft and didn't have any smell to them. The room felt homey and inviting from the natural scented wood smell with a calming scent. I couldn't help myself but to crawl into it and take a curled up lay after the long day i had. Sleep was beckoning me to join it's dream realm after the long time i had been out trying to find answers and exploring the woods. I finally had a place to call home and could rest knowing i can find answers to everything more with peace of mind.
