Celicia is now 16! :3 and since she can technically own a moped now, then there you go! :b

and yes Celicia is big X3 if she's supposed to be a normal height, like 5.5-5.8 tall, and me and cat are 3 feet tall, yeah she'd be close t double us XD though still probably abit too tall :P ...maybe me and cat are getting smaller D: lol.
