h2. Commissioned Animation

Both of these 2 are new characters I have been waiting to use for a while, and I will talk a little about them below. It has been an annoying process getting this rendered because it took quite some time, and I kept messing up settings or SFM doing SFM things, but eventually I got it, and I do really like how this one turned out in the end.

Starting with the female, her name is Maple, the accidental daughter of my current favorite character of mine who doesn't even know she exists yet, also yet to be seen in a project, Zeppelin. She is crossed with a Shiba Inu and Golden Coat German Shepherd. Her father is chemically casterated, meaning he is temporarily sterile, but he got with a Shiba a little too soon after his first treatment and Maple is one of the results. I know I give a lot of my female characters blue eyes of different shades but I just like a blue eyed female I guess.

Then we have Tank, the big, bulky, and normally short tempered male Pitbull. He is one of the few barn yard guard dogs around these parts. He is solitary, doesn't work well with others, and has an aggressive tendency. Dropped off at the farm as a pup, he never had any friends, only the other dogs who picked on him until he grew bigger then them. You could have called him mean before he met Maple. Maple was on a journey to find and meet her father when she stumbled upon the farm, and she and Tank grew some close bonds. She left Tank to continue her journey but returned after, and she seemed to tame Tank just by being around him. The once stereotypical mean and aggressive Pitbull was turned into a loving gentle beast who no longer wanted to be alone. It was as if she flicked a switch in his head, and no it was not because she was about to start her first heat cycle which was coming a little late for her age.

Needless to say, these 2 seem to have been meant for one another despite her size compared to him, and where she comes from. Maple left a highly pampered lifestyle and a financially loaded family, to come and stay with this large country dog with mostly unknown origins with a pile of hay or the old forkklift seat for a bed and some sticks and dropped tools for toys, and occasionally chasing off a trespasser. Her mind was set before the heat took over, she wants his puppies, and he is more then willing to give her what she wants.
