"Humans are popular on the pleasure colonies, (and the rest of the galaxy), and are coveted by most aliens, but absorption and fusion races covet them the most by far.
Most absorption and fusion races are parasitic, and getting to merge with a Death Worlder is instant parasite to apex predator status. But merging with a Death Worlder species is often a deadly gamble, and most absorption and fusion races have to settle for lesser lifeforms.
Humans however are sapient, which is rare for Death Worlders, which means they can be reasoned with, and seduced.
Humans are also often unaware of how dangerous that actually are, and rarely become immediately hostile in civil environments.

That being said Humans are still quite skittish and 'shy', around most vorny races, especially absorption and fusion races.
Absorption and fusion races have to work harder, compared to other aliens, when perusing humans, but catching a human is always worth it.

Here a lucky fusion alien managed to catch herself a human to be her boyfriend and fuse with. Fusion can be just a scary as other vore, but two minds becoming one often calms the human half down.
