Of course, he would be infantile in comparison to the oldest ghost, but that would necessarily mean he’s a young one just based on that. It would mainly depend on how long the average ghost stays in that state. \n\nIf ghosts can be exorcised, or otherwise gotten rid of, pretty commonly, then he might be average for a ghost. Also, I would assume that not all people become ghosts, so the first sentient (or whatever qualifications) being may not be a ghost. ",
