  "description": "<p>A reference drawing of a new OC of mine. As of late I’ve begun to feel as though Smeargle is a very underrated Pokemon  (both in terms of design and meta-game. Sketch is a surprisingly useful ability and if used right can OP as heck.) In every game where I catch or recruit a female Smeargle I’ve named her Pauline (just popped into my head one day and thought it was a good sounding name for a Smeargle) and so I figured I’d might as well make her an OC.</p>\n\n<p>Pauline is a very fashion-oriented yet shy young adult (mid-to-late 20s) who, like many of my Pokemon OCs, tries to differentiate herself from the stereotypes of her species. While she appreciates art and does draw sometimes for fun, her true passion is fabric work. She makes a lot of her one clothing (including a wide variety of costumes) and styles her hair more like a Furfrou than a typical Smeargle (she will often style her head and ear-fur to match her outfits).</p>\n\n<p>She also despises messes, so she keeps her tail end neatly wrapped up in ribbon or cloth at all times to prevent her natural paint oils from dripping everywhere she goes. She will sometimes squeeze out and bottle those oils to turn into fabric dyes for her crafts though.</p>\n\n<p>So far that’s all I’ve really thought up for her, but I’m sure more of her personality, backstory and personal relationships will be fleshed out with time (whenever I get around to drawing her again.)</p>\n"
