      "description": "<div><p>Christine was preparing for a relaxing weekend getaway with her new boyfriend and his old college buddies, but their trip to Harkens Park would be anything but. Something was in the woods with them, something even more dangerous than partying with three fratbro big cats with a history of eating people. Whatever it was, it was hungry.</p></div><div><br></div>\n<div><p>Hungry for <em>them</em>.</p></div><div><br></div>\n<div><p>---------</p></div><div><br></div>\n<div><p>What started as an attempt to write a short slasher horror parody as a vore story spiralled into a deconstruction/autopsy of one of my earliest fatal stories. I expected this to hit 8000 words, but it ended at over 20,000. It's a lot darker than what I tend to write and, despite the funny swearing cheetah, a lot more serious too. Definitely something outside my regular wheelhouse but I'm really proud of it as a story. It's a sign that I can still write this kind of thing, even if it does take me 3 months to do it (can you believe I started this in July? It's true!)</p></div><div><br></div>\n<div><p>I'd love to try doing more things like this in the future, I don't think Christine's story is done (rather, it might only just be beginning.) It's a bit trickier to psych myself up to write this tone, but I do really want to see what I'm capable of doing with a narrative that explores the darker side of vore and the stuff I usually shy away from (not just in the sense of fatal vs non-fatal, but dealing with characters reacting to predators realistically, etc.) </p></div><div><br></div>\n\n<p></p><div>Anyway, happy Halloween everybody!</div><br><br><p><a href=\"http://www.postybirb.com/\" rel=\"nofollow ugc\">Posted using PostyBirb</a></p>\n",
