Civix Returns
An idealogue is a fictional entity. One that lives withing the conceptual of our stories. Perhaps a crush. perhaps a stereotype. We all have one we desperately wish were real.
Civix was merely that for a long time. But as Jadir experimented more and more with his stable of characters for his hypnotic storytelling, Civix grew a mind of his own within his own ficiton. each time he wove a thin thread within Jadir's own mind. Gradually compelling him to push further and further.
Because Civix craved a host. One that would fit his body type, his demeanor. Fit his mind like a glove eager to slip into every corner.
Unbeknownst to Jadir, Civix's little programming kept an eye out. inspiring. encouraging until finally he found him.
Caine was a natural performer, the big guy in the room, unafraid to get aggressive. jadir normally enjoyed the dichotomy of turning someone meek and scrawny into a big threatening guy. But for some reason, he needed it. Needed something that would last longer. So why go against the grain? Why not go with it?
The crowd went wild as he excused himself to drain the little xolo. a perfect opportunity for some privacy, and a makeover.
As Jadir hissed, Caine spun round just in time to feel the coil slam into him. shoving him back into the bathroom.
\"Hey what the FUCK?! he cried out. feeling the coil squeeze. he knew this was bad. trapped in a snake's coils, it was important to recall what Mr. Safety Mongoose taught everyone when they were young: when trapped in the coils of a massive snake, keep your eyes closed, or a slave they will make!
As he wrenched them shut, the Naga laughed. Oh they always think he'd go for the eyes.
Civix has been a regular comic sequence with Jadir. But we've never had him as a real thing. always an 'idea' of a big scary lizard trainer.
That changes today.
