The Story is Team Rocket recreating itself to make him proud and prove they're ready for him to come back, but he's very much done and hiding out in the [i][b]Sin[/b][/i]joh Falls, basically a recluse with nothing but a radio to his name, more or less. [section=He's also an event exclusive deal] bc of course he was this is gen 4 where [i]90% of the lore and the neat shit was shoved into events instead of the story or postgame.[/i] INCLUDING Arceus and the rainbow of events attached to him across D/P/Pt and HG/SS. And then the Arceus event itself was even butchered horribly bc the director thought that [b]using an item and going to a specific location was [i]too complex[/i] for most players[/b] and pivoted so suddenly after nearly finishing the original vision that the corpse of the event was left intact on the cartridges including the area and chunks of the scripts involved. Yes, Sinnoh pisses me off [i]how did you know?[/i][/section]\nAlso, at the end of said event/story, there's a cutscene where he's listening to the radio and then he walks offscreen. And the radio static sounds [b][i]suspiciously[/i][/b] like distant splashing. \n[spoiler]Basically it's up to interpretation if he just vanished from civilization after HG/SS or if he threw himself off the waterfall right there and then, crushed by the shame of what he had created (Team Rocket).[/spoiler]\nThe fact he Shows up in USUM kinda proves why Megas are not a mainline attraction anymore. Bc it's literally an alternate dimension/timeline from the proper canon games. ",
