Ever since he came into existence, he found ways to tease, be mean, and steal from his younger brother's toys. His mother tired of his disobedience, had tried various methods to curbstone his attitude, including long periods standing in their designated timeout corner and growing bored. However, eventfully Telio had to be let go of his now frequent time-outs and go back to being mean to his younger brother occasionally. Eventually, becoming tired of this, his mother threatened that she was getting rather close to spanking him. Telio didn’t think she would though, she never had laid a hand-paw on his nor his younger brother before, if you don’t add in the occasion ear-fin pulls she does to the both of them.</p>\n\n<p>One day however Telio finally found out that even his mother had limits in dealing with his misbehaving. One moment he was laughing at his younger brother was way wailing loudly after he had stolen his favorite stuff plushie. The next moment, his ear-fin was grabbed rather painfully by his angry mother, as he was tugged away over to a nearby chair as she sat down on it, then pulled him over her lap, and with his mother’s free hand-paw, she grabbed and lifted Telio’s tail up and out of the way. Telio could only mutter a bit of fear and pleading as he realized what was about to happen, but as his mother brought her hand-paw back in a flat palm, and swung it down hard, smacking right across his most private part, Telio plead turn into wails, then sobs as his mother repeatedly smacked his bad tail-rump several times over for a few minutes. As his younger brother watch both in horror and in long due satisfaction, Telio’s bottom turn into deep shades of red, and even gotten his back legs smacked a few times for good measure.</p>\n\n<p>As Telio’s sobs and wails became frantic as the pain was becoming too much to bear, only did the spanking had finally stopped. With tears freely flowing down his cheeks, his mother order him back for another session at their designated time-out corner, only this time his tail to be left raised up so his mother's handy-paw work could be appreciated for a time. As Telio spent an unbearable amount of time getting his sobbing back under control as his now warmed and rubbery bottom shewn off a radiant glow, now did he felt like he had been properly punished for how he was misbehaving as of late. He now had something to consider for, when the next time he decided to be mean to his younger brother again and if it would be worth it... </p>\n"
