I've made overlays for the beginning and end of my Twitch streams, but whenever I have to take a break, I'd either leave the camera running, write BRB on screen, or just play my opening overlay again until I returned. But finally I'm making an actual BRB screen for myself. The opening overlay has Domino carrying a flaming pie, in reference to the 1997 Paul McCartney album Flaming Pie. For this BRB screen, I decided to reference another McCaryney album, the final Wings album from 1979 Back to the Egg. Get it? Be right back, Back to the Egg? And if you check out the animation I posted on Bluesky (or watched the Twitch stream where I worked on the animated background), I added a bunch of chaotic red and yellow spheres clashing behind Domino, which is meant to look reminiscent of the red and yellow circles artwork of another Wings album, 1975's Venus and Mars. However since I can't upload the actual videos of these animations on dA, fA or Weasyl, I'll just post this odd still image of Domino flipping eggs in outer space. Hmmm be glad I didn't do some sort of artwork referencing Paul's 2012 album Kisses on the Bottom. Domino would not enjoy acting out a scene like that lol.
