A God must be respected, and a God must certainly be feared, but to [i]truly [/i]be a God requires clear demonstrations of power. There can be no room for doubt in the minds of your followers that each word and deed carries divine weight, and that such weight demands divine reverence.\n\nToday's sermon provides the perfect opportunity to showcase such might. Before the loyal flock, sacred teachings spill forth, filling their minds with zeal and faith and purging them of heresy or misgivings. For some especially lucky followers, however, holy words are not the only things that fill them. The disciples, those elevated and blessed above all others, have a special role in the exhibition of godly power. Long since sealed away from Sin, they serve purely and selflessly as befitting ones of their stature. Supplanting the shameful decadence now so graciously denied to them, they each find themselves filled with divine gifts for all to see. For Hyacinth, each breath he takes floods his lungs and thoughts with devotion, driving him to worship and bear the divine weight presented to him with a need only barely contained by the relics adorning him. Pallas, on the other hand, takes a more active role in expressing his faith. With no need to speak himself during such a moving sermon, he instead puts his mouth to work, meditating in his dedication to the cult as he takes in the lengthy sermon.\n\nNarinder, for his part, serves as a lesson to the flock. Locked away far longer than the rest of the disciples, even the small touch of divinity he is afforded overwhelms him with its grace. With the might and affection only a God can impart, his mind is skillfully opened to today's teachings, washing away resistance to the reminders of the value of servitude. Though still restrained, albeit differently from the millennia before, the cult bears full witness to the freedom from Sin, doubt and burden even a taste of divine ecstasy can bring.\n\nDaily sermons are a necessary part of maintaining a loyal following. A heavy cross to bear for a God toiling so selflessly for the deliverance of children.
