All my commissioners see my process as I do the pics (sketch, lines, base colors, etc) as I ask them for feedback to make changes if needed. Most of my commissioners are public so I'm sure they can back me up there if you ask them. I even post the WIPs on Discord servers and stream myself working on art every now and then on Piczel, even multistream with other artists like Vulapa, Lalavi, Bill Murray, Bunihud, etc.\n\nNow this style of commissions is a fairly new option I have been offering as of late, a quicker, simpler more \"chibi like\" style to do between my usual commissions that I had been developing in the background and using privately as it was mostly used for gift art for friends and then for raffles as my usual style takes too long. I understand that to the people who don't know me privately it might have came a bit out of nowhere as I don't really post many sketches publicly and some people prefer to keep the gift art private.\n\nAbout the style itself, I like studying artists and their style so for these kind of drawings I had been studying multiple artists that I thought might fit the style I was looking for (cel shading, smaller body type, more cutesy expressions) like Nikkibun, Renabu, itsunknownanon, Sealer4258, etc which also includes Azoomer as I'm also a fan of their work too and most of these artists do Pokemon and/or Digimon which fits what I mostly draw so I can understand where you're coming from.\n\nI have always liked to use references and take inspiration from other artists that I like to see what I can apply to my art and to help me grow as an artist. I don't think artists using references and taking inspiration from your peers is an issue but with AI around people's minds nowadays it can make people misunderstand what's happening. To be honest, I'm already a bit paranoid of studying new styles as I worry people might confuse inspiration, emulation and studies with using AI.\n\nI hope that helps put some context and clear out some doubts.
