It can even be a sign that they've been to therapy, but the language has spread outside of therapy now. \n Though; of course, it can also be used by pricks that weaponize therapy speak to seem objective and impartial. Red flags are if they keep pressing a matter that you've made clear you're not interested in talking with them about or if they continue to take on the role of a therapist despite not being one; sometimes even going as far as to throw out one or multiple diagnostics/conditions to label you with. Even if they are a therapist, and even if they are correct, even if they claim to or do have your best interests in mind that would not make it okay to do.",
