  "description": "<p>I really hate how this came out. What a horrible year to start my gallery off with. This was supposed to be made for New Year's Eve yesterday, but I couldn't find the sweetened condensed milk in time. So when I did manage to find it, it was today. I know the Unofficial Disney Parks Holiday Cookbook said that it was a New Year's Eve dessert, but I decided to make it today anyway, since it is New Year's Day. I followed the cookbook's instructions, except for the baking dish size as all I got was 8 x 8, which resulted in a chunky shortbread with a chunky chocolate topping. But the caramel came out a thick sauce-like and it never stood in place despite being refrigerated. </p>\n\n<p>The taste was still fine, but I'm still angry about the result. It was so bad that I never even got to write the year \"2026\" on it with the white icing tube. I'm not sure I even want to do anything for Chinese' New Year. I hope I don't make anymore disasters this year.</p>\n"
