\noil, and dirt scraped from the bodies of athletes after exercise or bathing.
\nIt was called gloios and was believed to have medicinal properties.
\nSo Agatha decided to do the same - only with the grime, sweat, and oil of Roman gladiators.
\nAnd she even mixed in a bit of blood.
\nShe figured, if gladiator blood helps with morbus comitialis (epilepsy),
\nthen surely it could help with beauty too.
