He also opted to suppress their memories of him when sending them to Moryville (again, with the exception of Cello) in order to keep them from trying to find him and putting them all in danger. He was only able to return to Moryville himself once during his time on the run, 14 years later. That was when he introduced himself to Salo, told him Moryville was essentially his birthright, and left him a collection of his notes on magic. At some point later on, he was able to reverse-engineer the dimension-hopping power of the crystal he stole, and passed that knowledge on to Salo through Cello. After that, he returned the crystal to Asmodeus, which prompted Hell to finally give up their search. (The main reason Hell was after him was due to him escaping and not for stealing the crystal, but returning the crystal served as enough of an excuse for them to call it off, especially since Asmodeus liked Milo in the first place.) Heaven followed suit not long after, at which point Milo finally returned to Moryville permanently. Like the manor itself, the name makes it sound fancier than it really is, but it is a nice neighborhood all the same. Many of Salo's close personal friends have moved into the neighborhood over the years, though they don't all live there full-time as most of them come from other dimensions.\n•\t[b]Buttmud Bog[/b] – The swamp Salo grew up in, just outside Vero Heights. As the name suggests, most of the “mud” that makes up the swamp came from the Voritas themselves. Salo's magic keeps the smell from overtaking the city…most of the time.\n•\t[b]Moryville Elementary School[/b] – The main elementary school on Salo's side of town. The principal, Mr. Parker, is a close family friend of the Voritas. Bambi, Tag, Cress and Pelli are its most notable students, and Largo is its most popular teacher.
