It offered a way to create a foundation of colors and textures using overlapping photos beneath a grid. One then has a series of boxes with color and texture to look at instead of a blank canvas to see if there are any inspiring shapes that spark your interest. It's a neat premise for helping start off your project with something more than nothing. I've only used the technique a couple times so far, but thought it was a fun exercise worth trying out and wanted to share my experience with it. </p></div>\n",
