"description": "<div><p>Several months back, I was chatting with one of my friends in the comments on some art of <span class=\"invalid-markup\" title=\"invalid link\">Brie Oxley [skunk,%20skunkboy,%20diaper,%20diaperfur,%20abdl,%20humanoid,%20human,%20demihuman,%20kemonomimi,%20male,%20moron,%20dork,%20awkward,%20manchild,%20fat,%20chubby,%20pudgy,%20embarrassed,%20blush,%20blushing,%20outdoors,%20nature,%20woods,%20trees,%20furry,%20digital,%20digital%20art,%20cartoon]</span> (yes, I decided her and Kelvin would not only be a couple, but actually be married!), and the idea of Brie not only working at some sort of Wild West roadhouse with a similar vibe to Hooters, but also getting Kelvin a job there, came up.</p></div><div><br></div>\n<div><p>While the idea was initially sort of a joke, one of those one-off things that would make for a single episode of a hypothetical animated show with an ambiguous ending as to whether or not he'd actually continue working there or if the day's pay and tips were enough to cover whatever comedic financial crisis caused him to need to make a few extra dollars and he'd return to a job where he can wear actual pants, I decided (nearly a year later) to actually pursue drawing it.</p></div><div><br></div>\n<div><p>I get the feeling that at the beginning of his first shift, Kelvin would be extremely bashful and awkward, but by the last hour or so of his shift he'd be completely in character, having shed most of his inhibitions about the role, playfully flirting with patrons, bending over to give the guests a good look at the rump roast he's packin', and even reacting favorably when given a flirtatious swat on the butt.<br>Being canonically bisexual means he's actually at an advantage as he could work ladies <em>and</em> gay guys sections of the restaurant, and his tips by the end of his shift would probably reflect that versatility...</p></div>\n<hr><hr>\n<div><p><strong>Find Me On:</strong><br><a href=\"https://www.furaffinity.net/user/lorddominic/\" rel=\"nofollow ugc\">FurAffinity</a> ◈ <a href=\"https://www.weasyl.com/~lorddominic\">Weasyl</a> ◈ <a href=\"https://ko-fi.com/LordDominic\" rel=\"nofollow ugc\">Ko-Fi</a> ◈ <a href=\"https://inkbunny.net/LordDominic\" rel=\"nofollow ugc\">Inkbunny</a></p></div>\n<hr><hr>\n<div><p>While drawing this, I actually had some interesting thoughts about how such an establishment could and would operate. Assuming all waitstaff were willing and consenting, I see no reason why a restaurant/bar like this couldn't work, but more importantly, an interesting idea about signaling consent and boundaries came to me. </p></div><div><br></div>\n<div><p>I didn't add any of these details here, as I was still in the \"brainstorming\"/\"seeds of inspiration\" stage of the concept, but basically the idea that came to mind would be using a selection of pins or patches as part of the uniform to communicate both interests and level of \"interactivity\", for lack of a better word--a pin or patch to indicate preferences (straight, gay, bi, asexual, etc.) and a second one (or selection of them) to indicate what level of interaction they're okay with (just friendly chatting, suggestive chatting, flirtation, or mild physical contact). Patrons to such an establishment would be expected to abide by a similar signaling system (perhaps dividing the restaurant up by section, or having little flags or trinkets or something that could be set up by the patrons to indicate their moods), and of course anyone not playing by the rules would be escorted out by security. There's probably a bit of additional thought that needs to go into this sort of thing, of course, including things like species preference in a world where multiple sapient species coexist, and at least three or four of my characters are known to have an interest in predator-prey dynamics as a kink thing--not every bovid may be comfortable with a table of drooling wolves and coyotes, for example.</p></div><div><br></div>\n<div><p>It's a weird niche, sure, and we all know the most popular staff members would actually be the \"asexual but chatty\" ones that prefer funny, witty banter to making jokes about \"save a horse, ride a cowboy\" and/or \"ride me, cowboy\" and/or \"going eight seconds on THIS bull\".<br>(Dominic \"Skunk Boy\" Mephitto would fit right in as a cashier at the counter for this very reason, although he'd probably prefer a t-shirt that covers his belly.)</p></div><div><br></div>\n<div><p>Not sure anything like this could ever work in real life, but in cartoon fantasy land I don't see any reason not to have a flirty suggestive roadhouse and it's just sorta fun to think about how it all could work.</p></div><div><br></div>\n<div><p>Of course, all this thought and I've yet to actually come up with a name for this place, shaking my brain a bit made \"Rawhide Roadhouse\" pop out but that's not really that great. Chances are, the characters just call it \"The Roadhouse\" or something like that, and everybody just sorta knows what's being referred to despite the lack of specificity.</p></div><div><br></div>\n\n<p></p><div>As for how this would impact Brie and Kelvin's relationship... it probably wouldn't be a huge deal, especially if they trust each other and their commitment to each other, and they accept that the flirtation and suggestive behavior is just part of the job and for a little bit of fun. "description": "<div><p>Several months back, I was chatting with one of my friends in the comments on some art of <span class=\"invalid-markup\" title=\"invalid link\">Brie Oxley [skunk,%20skunkboy,%20diaper,%20diaperfur,%20abdl,%20humanoid,%20human,%20demihuman,%20kemonomimi,%20male,%20moron,%20dork,%20awkward,%20manchild,%20fat,%20chubby,%20pudgy,%20embarrassed,%20blush,%20blushing,%20outdoors,%20nature,%20woods,%20trees,%20furry,%20digital,%20digital%20art,%20cartoon]</span> (yes, I decided her and Kelvin would not only be a couple, but actually be married!), and the idea of Brie not only working at some sort of Wild West roadhouse with a similar vibe to Hooters, but also getting Kelvin a job there, came up.</p></div><div><br></div>\n<div><p>While the idea was initially sort of a joke, one of those one-off things that would make for a single episode of a hypothetical animated show with an ambiguous ending as to whether or not he'd actually continue working there or if the day's pay and tips were enough to cover whatever comedic financial crisis caused him to need to make a few extra dollars and he'd return to a job where he can wear actual pants, I decided (nearly a year later) to actually pursue drawing it.</p></div><div><br></div>\n<div><p>I get the feeling that at the beginning of his first shift, Kelvin would be extremely bashful and awkward, but by the last hour or so of his shift he'd be completely in character, having shed most of his inhibitions about the role, playfully flirting with patrons, bending over to give the guests a good look at the rump roast he's packin', and even reacting favorably when given a flirtatious swat on the butt.<br>Being canonically bisexual means he's actually at an advantage as he could work ladies <em>and</em> gay guys sections of the restaurant, and his tips by the end of his shift would probably reflect that versatility...</p></div>\n<hr><hr>\n<div><p><strong>Find Me On:</strong><br><a href=\"https://www.furaffinity.net/user/lorddominic/\" rel=\"nofollow ugc\">FurAffinity</a> ◈ <a href=\"https://www.weasyl.com/~lorddominic\">Weasyl</a> ◈ <a href=\"https://ko-fi.com/LordDominic\" rel=\"nofollow ugc\">Ko-Fi</a> ◈ <a href=\"https://inkbunny.net/LordDominic\" rel=\"nofollow ugc\">Inkbunny</a></p></div>\n<hr><hr>\n<div><p>While drawing this, I actually had some interesting thoughts about how such an establishment could and would operate. Assuming all waitstaff were willing and consenting, I see no reason why a restaurant/bar like this couldn't work, but more importantly, an interesting idea about signaling consent and boundaries came to me. </p></div><div><br></div>\n<div><p>I didn't add any of these details here, as I was still in the \"brainstorming\"/\"seeds of inspiration\" stage of the concept, but basically the idea that came to mind would be using a selection of pins or patches as part of the uniform to communicate both interests and level of \"interactivity\", for lack of a better word--a pin or patch to indicate preferences (straight, gay, bi, asexual, etc.) and a second one (or selection of them) to indicate what level of interaction they're okay with (just friendly chatting, suggestive chatting, flirtation, or mild physical contact). Patrons to such an establishment would be expected to abide by a similar signaling system (perhaps dividing the restaurant up by section, or having little flags or trinkets or something that could be set up by the patrons to indicate their moods), and of course anyone not playing by the rules would be escorted out by security. There's probably a bit of additional thought that needs to go into this sort of thing, of course, including things like species preference in a world where multiple sapient species coexist, and at least three or four of my characters are known to have an interest in predator-prey dynamics as a kink thing--not every bovid may be comfortable with a table of drooling wolves and coyotes, for example.</p></div><div><br></div>\n<div><p>It's a weird niche, sure, and we all know the most popular staff members would actually be the \"asexual but chatty\" ones that prefer funny, witty banter to making jokes about \"save a horse, ride a cowboy\" and/or \"ride me, cowboy\" and/or \"going eight seconds on THIS bull\".<br>(Dominic \"Skunk Boy\" Mephitto would fit right in as a cashier at the counter for this very reason, although he'd probably prefer a t-shirt that covers his belly.)</p></div><div><br></div>\n<div><p>Not sure anything like this could ever work in real life, but in cartoon fantasy land I don't see any reason not to have a flirty suggestive roadhouse and it's just sorta fun to think about how it all could work.</p></div><div><br></div>\n<div><p>Of course, all this thought and I've yet to actually come up with a name for this place, shaking my brain a bit made \"Rawhide Roadhouse\" pop out but that's not really that great. Chances are, the characters just call it \"The Roadhouse\" or something like that, and everybody just sorta knows what's being referred to despite the lack of specificity.</p></div><div><br></div>\n\n<p></p><div>As for how this would impact Brie and Kelvin's relationship... it probably wouldn't be a huge deal, especially if they trust each other and their commitment to each other, and they accept that the flirtation and suggestive behavior is just part of the job and for a little bit of fun. I'm sure when they bump into each other on the floor, Kelvin will moo and stomp when Brie bends down to place trays on the table, and when Kelvin is a klutz and drops a tray and bends over to pick up the mess he's made, Brie joins in with everyone else hootin' and hollerin' and enjoying the show!</div><br><br><p><a href=\"http://www.postybirb.com/\" rel=\"nofollow ugc\">Posted using PostyBirb</a></p>\n"

"profile_text": "<p><span style=\"color:#265178;\"><strong>Hello everyone! Some of you may know me from DeviantArt, where I've been active for the past couple years, and more recently, Fur Affinity. I wanted to branch out a bit, so here I am!</strong></span></p>\n\n<hr>\n\n<p>In short, I consider myself a hobbyist cartoonist.<br>\nI like to draw anthros I have quite the cast of characters at my disposal. As for subject matter... I tend to jump from subject to subject, from serious to silly to all points in between. Everything might not work for everyone, but you can't please all of the people all of the time!</p>\n\n<hr>\n\n<p>Expect plenty of:</p>\n<ul><li>Pear-shaped cartoon animals!</li>\n<li>Cartoon animals with long, messy hair!</li>\n<li>Cartoon animals making questionable fashion choices!</li>\n<li>Cartoon animals making NO fashion choices and just hanging out in their underwear!</li>\n<li>Cartoon BABY animals!</li>\n<li>And the occasional, totally out-of-place serious art that has nothing to do with pear-shaped cartoon animals with long hair and colorful underpants!</li>\n</ul>\n<p>For real though, I just draw for fun. I take art seriously, but not <em>that</em> seriously.</p>\n\n<hr>\n\n<p>All my characters, unless otherwise noted, are my own creations.<br>\nAs for the name Lord Dominic? Long story. Started in high school. that was one of my characters... Just rolled with it ever since. </p>\n",
