  "description": "[b][u]Outsource Management - Highguard - Season 2 Character Skins[/u][/b]\n\nSome of the Season 2 Character Skins I got to work on, created by our amazing outsource vendors - Kudos, Virtuos Glass Egg, and Adia.\nMY CONTRIBUTIONS:\nSenior Character Outsource Manager - Highguard\nStudio: Wildlight Entertainment\nEngine: Unreal Engine 5\nIn 2025, I built and scaled the 3D character cosmetics outsourcing pipeline for a new live-service IP, supporting character and mount cosmetic production from concept handoff through engine integration.\nDuring my 1 year on Highguard, I:\n- Built and scaled the 3D Character art outsourcing pipeline for all character & mount cosmetics\n- Shipped, art directed and implemented 30 character & mount skins for Season 1, 18 character & mount skins for Season 2, more for unreleased seasons\n- Managed up to 32 concurrent assets across multiple outsource vendors\n- Provided daily hands-on artistic and technical feedback, direction, paintovers, sculptovers, model/texture fixes, polish and problem-solving support\n- Integrated all assets in UE5 and Perforce, managed intake and UE5 lookdev\n- Partnered with 3D, concept, tech art, VFX, animation leads to ensure asset integration and optimization in UE5\n- Supported milestone planning, concept art feedback, vendor sourcing and risk management\n- Established documentation, quality benchmarks, and production workflows\nThis role combined art direction support, outsource management, production coordination, and engine integration in a startup environment with rapid live-service production timelines.\nMassive thanks to our vendors for their amazing work.
