The orca-dragon is desperate for a diaper change, begging “D-daddy, please, change me!” but the Charizard just holds him with a mischievous smile. Dro’s diaper is visibly swollen, and he’s held in such a position that he looks like he’s sitting on Baxter’s crotch.\n\nDro is wearing nothing but his diaper, a green collar with a dog tag, and a matching mittens and (presumably) booties. He also has a pacifier in his mouth. Meanwhile, Baster appears to be completely naked.\n\nBaxter and Dro are in a yellow playroom with drawers decorated with stars and soccer balls. Drawings are tacked to one wall, and on the other wall is a window with purple curtains. The floor is adorned with a purple carpet.
