Here's a reference sheet for the dwarf Sally, a daughter of the current clan leader of the Shieldbottom family. While her family expects a lot from her they also expect friends to of them to raise her.
Despite them thinking it should be more responsible for her to properly adventure when she's 100 years old, but she still goes out on adventures anyway where she meets up with others who she claims to only with with professionally since she's worried about actually making friends with anyone who's not a dwarf due to how short other species' lifetime are in comparison (elves do live longer than dwarves but they don't like those smug jerks).
What she considers professional work is to fight monsters and smuggle objects, normally to make sure it won't get stolen by the wrong hands.
She may look rough as she eats and drink more than twice her size but she (and dwarves in general) should not be mistaken as a slob and she herself can be well mannered and shows interest in art.
