I am deeply honored that you consider my silly little stories inspiring. \n\nThis is a peek at the Treehouse crew after they made it out of Fallow Acres, post the wrap of [i]Home[/i].\n\nKellogg on bass/guitar, Pussycat and Belly both trade off lead vocals, backup vocals and rhythm/lead guitar roles depending on the song. Coll-boy in the back picking it up on the synth and digital beats. It's amazing what you can do with a laptop and MIDI keyboard in 2005.\n\nI purposefully kept it vague about the type of music they produce so readers can interpret however they wanted, but I always envisioned these guys to have their own little electro-industrial, super-heavy post-shoegaze sound going. Super distortion and pedal heavy, and really screamy heavy vocals from Belly. He's finally got a constructive outlet to channel all that traumatic past into.\n\nSome music rag they got featured in, later down the line, described their music as 'more feedback than music, and they know how to make it work'.\n\nAfter all, these guys can do anything they put their minds to.\n\nRead the Treehouse series here: \n\n\n[mediumpool]97777[/mediumpool]\n",

"description": "@HellCatIllustrations surprised me with another fantastic piece of BtF art. Thank you again, my friend! I am deeply honored that you consider my silly little stories inspiring. \n\nThis is a peek at the Treehouse crew after they made it out of Fallow Acres, post the wrap of [i]Home[/i].\n\nKellogg on bass/guitar, Pussycat and Belly both trade off lead vocals, backup vocals and rhythm/lead guitar roles depending on the song. Coll-boy in the back picking it up on the synth and digital beats. It's amazing what you can do with a laptop and MIDI keyboard in 2005.\n\nI purposefully kept it vague about the type of music they produce so readers can interpret however they wanted, but I always envisioned these guys to have their own little electro-industrial, super-heavy post-shoegaze sound going. Super distortion and pedal heavy, and really screamy heavy vocals from Belly. He's finally got a constructive outlet to channel all that traumatic past into.\n\nSome music rag they got featured in, later down the line, described their music as 'more feedback than music, and they know how to make it work'.\n\nAfter all, these guys can do anything they put their minds to.\n\nRead the Treehouse series here: \n\n\n[mediumpool]97777[/mediumpool]\n"
