  "description": "<p>This is \"The Monitor\" (I don't actually have a name for the character yet), a surveillance operator for Price's security at the school. Tempered Trails has about 40 closed-circuit surveilance cameras implemented throughout it's halls, and the CCTV signals are all sent through a observation station on the ground floor.  Here, \"The Monitor\" spends her day with her cold gaze staring at each and every screen, watching the behavior of the dissident schoolkids as they go about their class day.</p>\n\n<p>It isn't perfect--the surveillance coverage of the school is nowhere near 100%, and Victor and Jake have started to figure out where the blind spots are.  But if it happens in front of an active camera, you can be guaranteed The Monitor sees it, and security is never far from deployment.</p>\n"
