The cubs would soon find that they were trapped in this world, unable to remove their head sets, and were forced to participate in a sick game for the amusement of executives, shareholders, and contributors, with realistic feedback, making pain and damage feel very real, and death in-game either resulting in the death of the cub's real body or not at the whim of whoever was tormenting them. When a cub was eliminated, they would be handed off to someone for a final scene which usually resulted in the cub's death. One by one, the cubs were eliminated from the game, saved only by surviving deadly challenges and receiving life points from the other cubs. Those with the lowest life points were eliminated, and the others were forced to watch their final scenes (or at least listen, as Daniel preferred to throw a blanket over his head to avoid watching his new friends get raped and murdered.) One by one, each cub was eliminated from the game until only Daniel remained.
