"description": "I've been part of an L&S discord server for a good part of this year and its been a great time! Last Spring and Summer they held contests to design experiments that don't have a canon design and I participated in both! It was fun trying to base a whole experiment only on a name and trying to create a design that would be more inline with the series (rather than my more crazy concepts lol) But yeah I hope you guys like! Franklin was from the Spring Contest, CD was from the Summer Contest! 💙 \n\nExperiment 543: Franklin\n\nPrimary Function: Uses conductive body to gain power from electrical/ lighting storms and direct that power from his tail as a powerful zap!\n\nTrue place: At Kaua’i weather station, helping with their data and finding out when the next thunderstorm is going to hit!\n\nAdditional info:\n\n🌩️ Franklin loves keys, collecting them and holding them with his tail! This causes chaos around the island, including with Lilo as she loses the key to the house!\n\n🌩️ He can walk on the ground but he prefers flying in the air, floating on the currents and hooking his tail so he doesn’t fly off\n\n🌩️ The end of his tail and the marking on his back glows purple when he is fully charged\n\nExperiment 096: Cable Dude (Or CD for short!)\n\nPrimary Function: Created so that Jumba could hook up any machine he needs, not restricted by different plug types, types of cables or distance!\n\nTrue place: Kaua'i electrical store, helping his fellow colleagues show off tech to customers!\n\nAdditional info:\n\n🔌 A living breathing cable extension, his tail and tongue can unroll and stretch for miles! He sometimes forgets to roll up his tongue and trips over it!\n\n🔌The 'prongs' at the end of his tail and tongue can change shape to fit any outlet or plug!\n\n🔌 Very floppy, he can bend his neck and arms in un-natural directions like rubber. He can also climb walls and use his eyes to look two separate directions!\n\n🔌 Has a higher molecular structure that prevents electrical shocks to others that pick him up! Although he cannot swim because of this, similar to Stitch."
