  "description": "<p>I made these from The Geeky Chef cookbook. I messed with the uniform food coloring because I didn't add it in before I put flour in the mixture, so I tried to incorporate it into the dough and this was the result. But on the bright side, I finally learned how to get the active dry yeast to work perfectly! With the microwave broken, I had to eat up the water and then use the candy thermometer to check for the heat to drop to the right temperature before putting it on the yeast.</p>\n\n<p>As for the custard, I was using cut-up strawberries for it, but I'm not sure if that how it was supposed to look, because a certain someone wanted to use the kitchen and the custard might've been overcooled before I could cut and put strawberries in it to mix in the next day. Now there was one of strawberry bits inside that bottom poffin I ate, but it left a hole in the poffin after I ate it through my first bite.</p>\n\n<p>The bottom image was sharpened on photoshop, because the pic turned out to be a bit blurry. Anyway, the taste was alright.</p>\n"
