"description": "<p><strong>Excerpt from Incident Log PKRS-151-3:</strong></p>\n\n<p>At 8:34 PM, 10/14/20██, Head Nurse Joy prescribed \"a full course of vaccines\" for Patient Zero, with two goals: protecting it from diseases common to other Pokemon of its type and preventing the spread of its novel strain of Pokérus. After successfully administering the FeLV and FVRCP vaccines, Nurse Joy attempted to administer the Pokérus vaccine.</p>\n\n<p>Upon seeing the third syringe, Patient Zero became agitated and began resisting further treatment. When center staff attempted to restrain it, it responded aggressively, attacking attending staff before fleeing the facility. Seven injured personnel have been quarantined for suspected Pokérus infection.
