I think there's an extra leg hole for the wearer's right leg, so it would actually cover a reasonable amount of your body, especially if worn over other clothing. It's just silly because it's deliberately assymetrical. I think the designer might be selling them online as a novelty, although I can't even find images of it in a search for \"sideways sweater\", so either they didn't advertise effectively, or you'd have to know what it's called.",
