Especially with the prime portal to the Realm of Shadows now shut, for good everypony hopes, its not like the Royal Sisters can demand restitution from them.\r\n\r\nNow Celestia has learned over the centuries how to sell things like taxes to her little ponies. You need to make them understand that they will benefit from the tax. You need to actually deliver on that promise, and you need to present in a way that they find pleasant, or at least not terribly unpleasant.
