"description": "By @pucco\n\nIn the Scout Camp the foxes prepare themselves for their circumcisions, including tying each other's foreskins off. \nYou gotta earn yourself the knotwork badge with tight ligature knots in this camp. If you think you did well on your partner and tied his foreskin off good enough for the circumcision to hold the ring in place, you can tell one of the adults of the camp, they'll check your knot work and if needed tighten them more and then cut the foreskins off. \nAfter the plastibells are applied and a ligature tied around their foreskins tightly, they told an adult to check and approve their knots. They're all good - tight enough, cutting the bloodflow to their foreskins off. So the adult of the camp had their foreskins cut off!"
