I spent a long time with choice indecision about what colours to pick for him. Yinglets have <em>so many</em> colour variations! They're such varied littl' guys! Eventually I settled on some greens for Kree all over, including some rather fluorescent bright green hair. I immediately assume this hair of his absorbs sunlight and glows in the dark. Yinglet DNA with Kree's cells just goes haywire with mutations. Compared to him Yinglets are downright stable!</p>\n\n<p>I also added some inner Kree computer-subsystem effects just for fun. Everything still mostly works with his shapeshifting, but he's been all jumbled up inside mentally (and physically, getting all Ying'ed). So he's going to be a little bit under-clocked just trying to recall his name. Or else, a new friend is just going to suggest a new one for him before that happens… 🤔</p>\n\n<p>All those absurdly-overpowered-for-his-own-good shapeshifting powers and he's forgotten literally everything about how to use 'em!</p>\n\n<hr>\n\n<p>Some Yinglet-based TF sketches I did during last weekend's stream. My first ever attempt at drawing these little dudes, even though I've been a big fan of the comic for ages now. I think I still need some more practise to properly capture their Yinglet-y essence 😛</p>\n\n<p>Anyone unfamiliar with the adorable rat-bird-things called Yinglets should go read <a href=\"https://www.furaffinity.net/user/valsalia\" rel=\"nofollow ugc\">Valsalia</a>'s entertaining comic!</p>\n\n<p>Kree's been Yinglet-ified, which is all sorts of distressing. The sudden transformation (and passing out from mental exhaustion) has derailed whatever might pass for a proper train of thought in his suddenly-miniaturised brain. He's gotten so scatterbrained by the ordeal that he's forgotten a few things… like his name, and the fact that he wasn't previously a Yinglet :V</p>\n\n<p>Well, that's not a big deal, he can recover from a small bit of post-tf amnesia… as long as he can clear his mind and focus on recovering… his… <em>uhh… oh right…</em> Yinglet… ¯\\<em>(ツ)</em>/¯</p>\n\n<p>Kree and Yinglets do share some commonalities in that they are both uncoordinated, distractible, and highly prone to random genetic mutations, so perhaps this is some sort of teleporter-auto-correct accident fitting him into the closest-matching species? 😛</p>\n\n<p>I was on the fence on whether to even include the absurdity that is the udder (after all, with limbs like that you <em>definitely</em> don't need extra balance woes), but hey, those Yinglets sure do get some weird mutations every now and then, don't they? If he ever remembers he's a shapeshifter he can probably get rid of it anyway… but if not, I assume his new friends will enjoy the free milk…</p>\n",
