Her mane and tail are a light shade\r\n> of gray-blue. Her cutie mark is an abstract\r\n> series of white waves, reminiscent of sea\r\n> foam on water.\r\n\r\n> Clever players (or just really good guessers) might\r\n> piece together that Ceruli-Blue is actually Surly\r\n> Hooves, one of the reformed Mares of Malevolence!\r\n> If challenged with this, she tries to deny it but\r\n> eventually admits it if pressed.
